Before you start
- You've accepted your business's invite. See Join your shop on Bloomber.
Steps
Step 1: Complete your profile
Your name, photo, bio, specialties, and social links are filled out. See Set up your provider profile, services, and bio.
Step 2: Set your availability
Your working hours are set and saved. See Set your availability and working hours.
Step 3: Understand your payout setup
You know whether you need to connect your own Stripe account, and if so, it's fully connected. See Connect Stripe to receive payouts.
Step 4: Find and share your booking link
Your personal booking link is live and you've shared it somewhere clients will see it. See Find and share your personal booking link.
Step 5: Confirm you're bookable
Check that your profile, availability, and booking link are all live together — a client should be able to find you and book a real appointment.
What success looks like
- Your profile, availability, payout setup, and booking link are all complete.
- A client can find and book you without running into a setup gap.
Common problems
- Something above isn't working and I'm not sure why — Work through the specific troubleshooting guide for that area: setup and payout issues, booking-link and availability issues, card-reader and payment issues, or troubleshooting more broadly.
- I've done everything above and I'm still not getting bookings — Setup being complete doesn't guarantee bookings on its own — confirm your booking link is actually being shared where clients will see it, and check with your business about how they're directing clients to you.
