Accept your shop's invite and get into your Bloomber account for the first time.
Before you start
- Your shop owner (or shop admin) needs to have sent you an invite first — you can't join without one.
- Have access to the email address your shop invited you with.
Steps
Step 1: Find your invite email
Your shop invites you by email. Check your inbox (and spam, just in case) for an invite from your shop.
Step 2: Open the invite link
Click the link in the email. It opens a page confirming your invite was accepted and asking you to review your access before entering.
Step 3: Review your access
The page shows what you're being invited to and what access you're being granted. Confirm it looks right for your role.
Step 4: Continue into your shop
Click Continue to portal. You'll land in your shop's Bloomber account, ready to finish setting up your profile.
What success looks like
- You've accepted the invite and landed inside your shop's Bloomber account.
- You're ready to set up your profile, services, and availability next.
Common problems
- I never got an invite email — Check spam first. If it's genuinely missing, ask your shop to resend it rather than requesting a brand-new one.
- The invite link says it's expired or already used — Ask your shop to resend a fresh invite.
- My access looks wrong once I'm in — Contact your shop directly — they control your role and access level. See Troubleshoot provider setup and payout connection issues if something looks broken rather than just misconfigured.
