What this helps you do
Set the hours clients can actually book with you.
Before you start
- Your profile is set up. See Set up your provider profile, services, and bio.
- Know that your own working hours can only sit inside your business's overall operating hours — you can be more restricted than your business's hours, but never more open.
Steps
Step 1: Open your availability
Open your Station availability page — it shows your bookable week.
Step 2: Set your working hours
Set the hours clients can book you, day by day.
Step 3: Block personal time
Block off personal time you need to keep private. Private calendar holds stay private to you — only the resulting busy time reaches your business's schedule.
Step 4: Save your changes
Confirm your bookable week reflects what you actually want clients to see.
What success looks like
- Your bookable hours match your real working hours.
- Personal time off is blocked without exposing why.
Common problems
- I can't edit my availability — Your business controls whether you have schedule-editing access. If your page tells you availability isn't open for your account, ask your business owner or administrator to open it.
- Clients can book outside my real hours — Confirm your working hours are actually saved, not just reviewed — an unsaved change reverts. See Troubleshoot booking-link and availability issues if it still looks wrong.
- My hours look more open than they should — Your availability can never exceed your business's own operating hours — if something looks wider than expected, check with your business about their hours first.
