What this helps you do
Work your own day-to-day schedule — see what's booked, and handle changes as they come up.
Before you start
- Your availability is set. See Set your availability and working hours.
Steps
Step 1: Open your day
Open your Station day view — it shows today's queue from your own calendar, not your whole business's.
Step 2: Review what's booked
Check your upcoming appointments for the day, client by client.
Step 3: Handle a reschedule or cancellation
If a client needs to move or cancel, update the booking directly rather than leaving it as-is — a stale booking can confuse both of you.
Step 4: Handle a late or no-show client
Message the client to check in, and if they don't show once your business's grace period passes, mark the appointment a no-show from the booking — see Handle late clients and no-show situations for the exact steps.
What success looks like
- Your day view accurately reflects what's actually booked.
- Reschedules and cancellations are updated promptly, not left stale.
Common problems
- My day view looks empty but I know I have bookings — Confirm you're looking at the right date — it's easy to load the wrong day by mistake.
- A booking disappeared unexpectedly — Check whether it was rescheduled or canceled rather than assuming it's a bug — see Troubleshoot booking-link and availability issues if it still looks wrong.
