What this helps you do
Set up payments so your business can accept card payments and deposits through Bloomber, with payouts landing directly in your own bank account.
Before you start
- Your business identity is set up.
- You have the details Stripe needs to verify your business (legal business info, bank account).
Steps
Step 1: Open Payment settings
Go to Settings and open Payment settings.
Step 2: Start the Stripe connection
Click Connect Stripe Account. This starts Stripe's own onboarding flow, where you'll verify your business and add your payout bank account.
Step 3: Complete Stripe's verification steps
Follow Stripe's prompts through to the end — this is Stripe's own secure onboarding, not a Bloomber form. Bloomber never sees or stores your bank details directly.
Step 4: Confirm you're connected
Return to Bloomber's Payment settings and confirm your account shows as connected. Until every verification step is complete, some charges or payouts may stay disabled.
Step 5: Review your readiness to take payments
Check that your business is ready to accept real charges and deposits before you start sharing your booking link widely.
What success looks like
- Your Payment settings show Stripe as fully connected.
- Your business can accept card payments and deposits.
- Payouts are set up to land in your own bank account.
Common problems
- My Stripe connection looks incomplete — Go back into Payment settings and re-open the Stripe connection flow; it will pick up wherever you left off.
- I'm not sure whether my business is fully connected — Check your Payment settings status directly rather than assuming — a partially completed Stripe onboarding can still show your account as "pending."
- I need to retry the whole onboarding flow — Use Connect Stripe Account in Payment settings again; retrying doesn't create a duplicate account. If you're still stuck, see Troubleshoot payment failures, payout confusion, and card-reader issues.
