Invite providers and set up your team on Bloomber

Last reviewed 2026-07-06

What this helps you do

Bring your service professionals into Bloomber so your business runs as a real multi-provider system — not a single calendar with everyone's bookings mixed together.

Before you start

  • Your business identity and hours are set up.
  • You know which providers you want to invite first, and have an email address for each.

Steps

Step 1: Open Team

Go to Team in your owner portal. This is where every provider on your business's roster lives, along with their role and access.

Step 2: Send an invite

Invite each provider by email. They'll get a link to accept and finish setting up their own profile.

Step 3: Confirm the invite went out

Check that each invitation shows as sent. If a provider says they never received it, you can resend from the same screen.

Step 4: Follow up until they're active

An invited provider isn't fully useful until they've accepted and completed their own setup — availability, profile details, and (if applicable) payout information. Follow up with anyone who hasn't finished.

What success looks like

  • Your first providers are invited and showing up in Team.
  • At least one provider has accepted and finished their own setup.
  • Your business is operating as a real team, not a single owner-run calendar.

Common problems

  • A provider says they never got the invite — Ask them to check spam, then resend the invite from Team.
  • A provider accepted but can't take bookings yet — They likely haven't finished their own setup (availability and profile). Ask them to complete it — see Troubleshoot provider invite and team-setup issues if they're stuck.
  • I'm not sure who to invite first — Start with whoever is most likely to begin taking real bookings immediately; you can invite the rest as you go.
