Troubleshoot provider invite and team-setup issues

Last reviewed 2026-07-06

What this helps you do

Work through the most common reasons a provider invite or team setup doesn't go smoothly, so your team actually becomes bookable.

Before you start

Identify whether the issue is on the invite itself, or on the provider's own setup after accepting — these have different fixes.

Steps

Step 1: A provider says they never received the invite

Ask them to check spam or a secondary inbox first. If it's genuinely missing, resend the invite from Team rather than sending a brand-new one.

Step 2: A provider accepted but still isn't bookable

An accepted invite isn't the same as a finished setup. The provider needs to complete their own profile and availability before clients can book them — check their setup status directly rather than assuming acceptance is enough.

Step 3: I can't send an invite at all

Confirm you have the right permissions to invite team members, and that you're not hitting a plan-level limit on team size.

Step 4: A provider's role or access looks wrong

Review their role directly in Team — a provider assigned the wrong access level can end up seeing more or less than intended.

Step 5: A provider needs to be removed

Update their status in Team rather than just ignoring an inactive profile — an inactive-but-not-removed provider can still affect scheduling and reporting.

Step 6: Still stuck

Contact Bloomber support with the provider's email and the specific step where things broke down.

What success looks like

  • Every invited provider either accepts and completes setup, or you know clearly why they haven't.
  • Accepted providers are actually bookable, not stuck mid-setup.
  • Your team roster reflects real access levels and real active status.

Common problems

  • This is happening with multiple providers, not just one — That's more likely a plan-level or permissions issue than a per-provider fluke — worth escalating directly.
  • A provider's setup looks complete but they're still not bookable — Double-check their individual availability is actually set, not just their profile — a complete profile with no availability set still won't show as bookable.
